Q. Is it really scary?
A. Yes, it is. Ask anyone who has been to the corporate haunts (like Universal) and also ours, and the vast majority will acknowledge we are scarier. Our biggest advantage is our giant size (20+ minutes long compared to the 5 minute Orlando haunts) and the fact we don't push people through in a long, continuous line. It prevents customers from knowing what to expect by watching the reactions of people further ahead in the line. We make less money that way, but get far greater scares!
Q. Are children allowed?
A: Yes, but because of the dark frights, we suggest Parental Guidance.Read more.
Q. If I have Epilepsy or Asthma, should I come?
A: If stobe lights or fog machines cause you problems, then you should NOT come. Read more.

A. It's (850) 513-9190, but we can't always answer it. A recording will play after four or so rings.
Q. Can I use my credit card to buy tickets?
A. Yes and no. You cannot use your credit card at the ticket booth (cash only), but you CAN use your credit card to buy your tickets online here.
Q. Why does it cost more on Halloween?
A. Because we're only open ten nights, and if we can't get more people to come on nights other than Halloween, we can't pay the rent for the rest of the year. So it's a compromise we hope will get more traffic to attend the earlier dates.Read more.
Q. Are there any discount coupons?
A. Yes there are, usually in the Thursday edition of the FSView, plus ones passed out a various locations, and also one you can download here. (They do not apply to Oct. 31, however. The line is pretty long on that date and we need people to come earlier.)
Q. Are video or photo cameras allowed?
A. No, they are not. It is too dark to work well, and we can't allow flashes. Besides, customers drop and lose them and we can't stop to find them. So they are forbidden for everyone's sake.
Q. Is there a parking fee?
A. No, we are proud to provide free on-site parking for the duration of your visit to our haunt.

A. No, they're still there, but to simplify the contents bar, we moved most of the links to the More Info section.
